I love a good salad. This is a Salad Crowd Pleaser
The worst thing you can do to a salad is put store bought dressing on it. Seriously don’t do it. Once you’ve made and tried your own, the store bought dressing doesn’t even taste like how it’s suppose to. You’ll notice a difference–trust me.

Zesty Herb Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 cup of mayonnaise (I prefer the Trader Joe’s kind)
- 1 TBSP lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 TBSP lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, minced finely
- 1/2 TBSP fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
- 1 TBSP fresh chives, finely sliced
- 2 TBSP fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together and place in a glass container–a mason jar works just as well as a salad dressing container. Store in refrigerator for a couple hours. Will keep for around 3-4 days.
