It’s National Donut day!
I decide that I would make Maangchi’s Korean donuts!
Donuts are actually much more time consuming than I originally thought!
–And so is writing this blog post while watching the last two episodes of Downton Abbey!–
Maangchi’s Korean donuts!
These donuts were light and fluffy! I used the bread maker to make the dough and it came out perfectly. The hardest part of was rolling out and twisting the dough. I think they came out quite pretty and my Little Miss enjoyed them much.
I hope everyone had a great donut day!
