Chili Yum!
Lately it has been hot, but I am craving chili, Yum!.
My mother made the best chili when I was growing up.
It was one of my favorite dishes and I could eat it no matter the temperature outside. Earlier this year, I finally got the recipe from her and made it vegetarian. It’s actually really easy to make and is done almost completely from pantry items. The secret to awesome chili is cilantro. Cilantro adds such a fantastic flavor that separates it from ordinary chili. <3

Ingredients
- Sugar, 2 Tbsp
- Tomato sauce, 1 Large Can
- Crushed tomato, 1 Large Can
- Pinto beans, 1 Large Can
- Spicy chili beans, 1 Large Can
- Diced tomatoes with hot chilies, 2 Cans
- Bunch of cilantro, 1/2
- Sauteed Onions, 2
- Garlic cloves, 3
Notes
To your liking
- Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Chili Powder, Cayanne
