Do you love a good burger? You can make them in so many different ways with such a variety of toppings. What could make it even better? A spread (aka sauce) kicks that flavor up a notch and can make any burger take on a whole new flavor.
Just imagine–you’re hosting a backyard bash and invite all your friends and family over. People are filling up their plates and they come across these glorious spreads. First, they will ask where you bought them (I get this all the time even though people know I cook. I guess they don’t expect condiments to be homemade) and then they will be amazed when you tell them you made it yourself and it took about five minutes.
Here’s two amazing and incredibly easy to make sauces that will brighten your summer–sriracha and garlic thyme!
The best part is that these sauces aren’t limited to burgers. You can use them on a multitude of things: hot dogs, chicken, fries, corn–pretty much anything that’s served at a BBQ.
I hosted a game night with a burger bar the other day and served these sauces. I made a burger bowl (lettuce, veggies, cheese crumbles, and meat) and use the spreads as a dressing. It was delicious! Highly recommend if you are watching your carbs or are gluten free.
These burger spreads have less than five ingredients and can be made in less than 10 minutes! Give them a try!
