It has been a long time since I’ve had Adobo. I made it once when I first became vegetarian using the fake chick’n which seemed to ruin the flavor. This however, came out really well.
We cut the tofu into squares and fried them slightly in olive oil.
Once that was done, we soaked them in the adobo sauce while the green beans cooked. Here is the finished product.
