In the salad, I put mixed greens, mushrooms, and a ton of green onions. For the dressing, I used a dijon vinaigrette which worked well with the flavors of the sriracha. Super yum! I’ll definitely be making this again soon.
Summer is finally here and it’s time to really enjoy a good, refreshing meal. It’s been a while since I had used the bbq and I was grateful to grill just about anything. We picked up some skirt steak from Costco that was enough to feed about 5 people. I absolutely love Costco. They have amazing deals and great quality meat.

This is a very, very simple recipe. All it requires is some marinating, greens and veggies for salad, and a dressing of your choice. As you know, I like a bit of spice in my food and this meal is no different. I marinated the meat in sriracha over night and covered it again while it was grilling. This gave it a fantastic spice which was cooled by the salad.
