- *Crust/Crumble Mix*
- 1 Cup of butter, melted
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 2 1/4 Cups of Quick Cooking Oatmeal (DO NOT USE INSTANT)
- 1 1/2 Cups of Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- *Gooey Mix*
- 1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 1 Can of Condensed Milk
- *Topping*
- 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup of Reeseās Peanut Butter Chips
Instructions
- Using foil, completely line a 9 x 13 dish and spray foil with baking spray
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients for the Crust/Crumble Mix
- Place mix in the foiled dish, SAVING ABOUT 1 CUP TO PUT ASIDE FOR LATER
- Flatten the mix in the dish and bake for about 10 minutes
- Mix together the ingredients of the Gooey Mix
- When crust is done, slop the Gooey Mix on top. Wait a couple seconds for the heat to help melt down the mix and spread it gently
- Sprinkle the remaining Crust/Crumb Mix on top and place back in the oven for about 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, cover the dessert with the plethora of chocolate chips and peanut butter chips for topping
- Put the dish back into the oven for about 5 minutes to allow the chips to melt into gooey yum
- When the 5 minutes is up, take the dish out of the oven, allow to cool, and slice accordingly
