National Chocolate Cake Day

Happy chocolate cake day guys!

I actually didn’t know about this fabulous day of celebration till about half way through the day. Sickness has hit my home, and we’ve all been pretty sick with a lovely cough. Somehow, I managed to pull through and make paleo chocolate cupcakes. I didn’t want to make a whole chocolate cake, since there was no way I was going to eat it all. Cupcakes worked perfectly as Chris is more likely to take that to work as a snack than a slice of cake.

Hopefully, we’ll all recover before the weekend 🙂
